The 6 Phases of Faith

1) Dream – Vision, goal, target

a) God’s dream will always require faith. It is so big and you cannot do it on your own. Without faith it is impossible to please God.
Ehesians 3:20
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.

b) God’s dream never contradicts with His word.

2) Decision

a) You must Invest (Go for it) – time, energy, effort and etc.

b) You must let go of security – swinging bar where you have to let go one in order to grab another one. If you are holding on one bar, then “down” is the only way out.

3) Delay – to teach you to be patience with God’s timing that His is the best

Habakkuk 2:3
For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.

4) Difficulty

a) Circumstances to hold you back

b) Critics to put you down
1 Peter 1:7
These have come so that the proven genuineness of your faith—of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire—may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.

5) Dead End

2 Corinthians 1:8-9
We do not want you to be uninformed, brothers and sisters, about the troubles we experienced in the province of Asia. We were under great pressure, far beyond our ability to endure, so that we despaired of life itself. Indeed, we felt we had received the sentence of death. But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God, who raises the dead.

2 Corinthians 1:10
10 He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us again. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us,

Psalms 27:13
I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

6) Deliverance


Others

- Start small
- By faith in all the activities we plan, therefore beyond our own capability
- What do you personally want to see in 2 years time?
