Chest Pain Started & Ended
06/01/2018
- Felt quite and continuous chest pain at right hand side same as my right hand (on and off feeling tightness) when woke up 5am, due to chest not feeling comfortable so I woke up.
- More painful in the evening
07/01 - More painful than 06/01 at night (with translation in the morning)
08/01 - Very Mild Pain with deep breath
09/01 - No More Pain

Prior to 06/01 (Stayed Back Quite Late with Lots of Work)
05/01 - Went back from work around 7.30pm
04/01 - Went back from work around 9.40pm
03/01 - Went back from work around 8.10pm
02/01 - Went back from work around 6.45pm
