EXPLORE The Roman Road – God’s Salvation (1)



Romans 1: 16-17
16I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. 17For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed.

- What is a successful life for me?
- Why did God make me?
- Bible 100% reliable/trustworthy?
- Why don’t people get second chance after death?
- How’s body in heaven like?

2) It’s a message for everyone
3) It’s a message about being righteous
Righteousness - it’s in the right relationship with God
- it’s in harmony with God

Why do we need to believe in order to be saved? / If God exists, why not everyone is saved?
- You have to accept a gift in order to have it
- You have to go for a barber in order get your hair cut
- You have to use a parachute in order to landed safely
God’s salvation is here, you have a choice whether to accept it or not!
