Banana Cake


Whip-1/2 cup margarine + 1 cup sugar + 2 eggs = A. Mix-1 1/2 cup flour + 1 teaspoon baking soda/baking powder = B. I ask for 3 ripe bananas (about 5-6 inches long) And mash them. Finally, whip the A and B, lastly whip the mashed bananas. Bake 1 hour at 350*F or 178.7*C or 180*C. Stick a chopstick into the cake, if it come out clean. It is done. Recipe from Pastor Yap:)
